*** THE NEGATIVES VIEWS OF BRITISH PRESS ***

In Brazil people begin not to consider relevant the articles regarding Brazilian economy is British press. Some British publications, such as The Economist, BBC and Financial Times, only offer a negative view of Brazilian economy. We must remember that Brazil, even not growing this year of 2015, still has US$ 300 billion in international reserve, has a positive export saldo of US$ 4,608 billion up to july 2015 (and it is increasing) and Brazil has one of the 10 biggest economies in the world, among other positive points.

The negative views about Brazil come from 2012, when Brazil had become the sixth-biggest economy in the world, overtaking the UK. It seems to have caused a great dislike never before seen in the British press. We must remember that the times of the British Empire are long gone!!!

The globalization of today has increased economic integration and interdependence. If the BRICS economies are not doing well, the rest of the world will suffer as well. It can be seen, as an example, when the devaluation of Chinese coin hited the markets some days ago.

We must remember that the actual crisis (going on since 2008) has been caused by British and American financial insitutions. As well, Europe has not yet been able to recover from the 2008 crisis and is struggling with the Euro crisis in Greece and massive immigration.

We just believe that the British should have a bit more of understanding of the economic situation in other parts of the world so the Bristish press should not be given wrong informations about economic cultures that they can not understand.
