My prediction: The crisis in Europe will last yet 10
years!!!

In January 2012 I have left Brazil to visit Holland and Portugal. For my surprise, Portugal had lots of shops closed in one of the most exclusive shopping streets of Lisbon. In Holland, the commerce was still holding... In January 2013 I returned to Europe to see that in Holland floors of shopping centers were closed! The “rich” countries of Europe were suffering a lot with the crisis.
The inability of the Europeans to think out of the
box and the high lending to buy houses, cars, etc., of the past years
have led to this crisis. Now, the population is highly indebted and
can not movement the economies through buying.
The economy of UK, in 2013, had a small growth based
on lending to the people, but how these people are going to pay for
their debts??? It is a fake economic growth and it will not last
long.
There is an Euro crisis, but, also, there is an
economic crisis in which the whole of Europe is emerged. I give it 10
years for them to grow decently (more or less 2% a year)!
